Logo Design and Flyer Design for Therapy Nest FNQ. We designed the Logo and Flyer for Therapy Nest FNQ portraying a soft and gentle approach to psychology and group therapy.

Therapy Nest FNQ offer a range of group-based therapy sessions for adults in Cairns. Therapy Nest FNQ is a dedicated psychologist to takes a nurturing, empowering, supportive and therapeutic approach to mental health and well-being. Additionally assisting those with cognitive behavioural therapy, offering relaxation skills, skills-based training in communication and anger management.

With their services and gentle approach to therapy in mind, the next step was to incorporate the soft and nurturing approach into the Logo and Flyer design. We wanted to have the logo feel as non-threatening and inviting as possible.

The idea of a bird’s nest was quickly adopted, as this embodied the very meaning for which they stood for. It was then established that a minimalistic design approach had to be taken for the nest to work. An additional approach taken was to incorporate autumn-like colours. This palette further established a warm and calm approach to the logo. The logo must not be abrupt or portray any aggression but must also be recognisable from a distance. Three drafts were then drawn and presented to the client.

A final design was then formed and presented to the client.
